Formerly the R&D and production department of Hangzhou Heli Rubber Products Co., Ltd. The head office was founded in 1984. The enterprise standard of "ring tape for electronic scale" (Q/YH-91) has been formulated for the first time in China, and it is produced strictly according to the standard. The electronic scale annular tape developed by digesting and absorbing the technology and indicators of similar products in Germany, t passed the provincial appraisal in 1993, and the experts at the meeting unanimously recognized that it was "the leading level in China", and won the "Recommended Product" of China Cement Association in 1995.
